Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the Radisson Plaza at the Piers in Cairns, the centerpiece of all Cairns. You are centrally located for excursions to the Great Barrier Reef, the Tropical Rainforest, or to take advantage of the great shopping available in town. Tropical North Queensland a magical and affordable destination in its own right, it contains the World Heritage Daintree area, the Great Barrier Reef, and the spectacular Australian Outback areas of the Gulf Savannah and Cape York, and their many individual and unique attractions. The rest of this day is at your leisure.

During your stay in Cairns, you will take a full day diving or snorkeling excursion to the Great Barrier Reef by Catamaran through Quicksliver Expeditions. From the surface, you can see schools of exotic fish in crystal blue waters over 200 feet to the bottom. The following day will take you to the largest rainforest in the world via SkyRail, a Gondola that soars over the towering redwood trees for over 3 miles, and you'll see endangered species in this peaceful habitat.
